Membership Options

There are different degrees of commitment to the Alliance Vision and Mission. The first step for all interested participants is to become an Alliance Member, which comes in two flavors: Contributor Members and General Members. The second step, for those Members who are ready to ready to participate in data exchange, is to become a CommonWell Service Adopter, which requires an additional agreement (our Member Services Agreement, or MSA) that commits you to utilizing and offering our services to your stakeholders and clients.

Both steps can be executed at once, although it is more common for prospective organizations to become Members first and Adopters subsequently.
